You can use a friend's Dan Heng IL for this achievement or get it during his companion mission. "Fulgurant Leap" is activated when spend 3 skill points per turn on Dan Heng IL. Do this thrice in a row - and do not use his ultimate or get CC'd. Other recommended stages: Echo of War or 6 waves of Calyx (still counts as 1 battle).

The Chinese version, 三龙出海, roughly translates to "Three dragons go to sea." This is a reference to an actual place of the same name in the Sanqing Mountain Scenic Spot. It is three strange-shaped peaks that look like three giant dragons leaping from the valley and emerging in the clouds. According to its history, the dragons refer to three tropical storms that formed separately in the same year. Unlike other years, where storms appearing at the same time did not affect China at the same time, where some even moved far away from the country, the three dragons approached the country's coast together and successively affected most of China's southeastern coast. These dragons were named Lion Rock (a severe tropical storm that intensified), Compass (name provided by Japan and a storm that strengthened into a typhoon), and Nánchuān (tropical depression originating in the sea northeast of Taiwan that also strengthened into a tropical storm heading for China). In the chive's case, the storms represent Dan Heng IL's boosted basic attack.
