Pretty much all robots in Robot Settlement are weak to Lightning BUT the self-destructing robots don't count. There's a pair of robots to the far right of the map that don't explode. There is an extensive guide on this pinned in the HSR Achievement Discord.

Electric Dreams is a reference to Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams (also simply known as Electric Dreams), a science fiction television anthopology series based on the works of Philip K. Dick. The series consists of ten standalone episodes based on Dick's work, written by British and American writers. It could also be referencing the 1984 romantic comefy film of the same name, with a story that follows the unconventional love triangle between Miles, a young architect, Madeline, his beautiful neighbor, and Edgar, his personal computer (who Miles spills champagne on, which had the computer develop human-like emotions and become infatuated with Madeline).
