This achievement has no cultural references in the English and Chinese versions. It is likely specific to the game. Draconic means something is characteristic of a dragon while opulence means wealth, rich, abundant or plenty as of resources of goods. Combining both and you have a phrase that implies something is abundant of dragon-like substances. Dan Shu and the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus are mara-struck people who have kept their sanity and original forms. The reason behind this is found in the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus: Collection of Exhibits, specifically in Prescription: Draught of Draconic Surge. In order to maintain their sanity, one of the ingredients the Disciples used is Vidyadhara bone marrow from a live sample. Bone marrows have stem cells, which have the abilities to renew themselves (by making more stem cells) and to become any other cell that do different things. With the Vidyadhara stem cells inside of them and Vidyadhara being a draconic species, one could say that the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus have draconic opulence to keep themselves sane.
