You can eat one noodle flavor after every 3 combat scenarios. Change to the next flavor after completing them. Remaining amount of combat scenarios are displayed at the top left of the noodle selection screen, if there are still some remaining. All flavors will be unlocked upon reaching Inter-Knot Level 30.
