The Chinese version (极限求生) is probably a reference to a Chinese game of the same name. It's an RPG-style battle royale game where players can descend from the space station pod onto the arena map at any time. They have the freedom to choose their landing point and can then scavenge for supplies, ambush opponents, engage in resource conflicts, hunt down bosses, visit neutral shops, and even build their own base.
