"The Evil Within" is the title of a popular survival horror video game developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game follows a detective named Sebastian Castellanos who confronts grotesque and horrifying creatures while unraveling a dark and twisted narrative. The NPC players talk to for this achievement is based off of Stefano Valentini, the secondary antagonist of The Evil Within 2. He was originally a war photographer who lost an eye while photographing the horrors of war and his descent into insanity began.
