Reference

A reference to Thrice-Setting Sun, a skill used by Nero from the game, Fate/Grand Order. This is also a reference to the Roman Emperor Nero's death. In ancient history, Nero has considered taking his life four times, which portrayed him as a coward for being unable to commit to it the first three times. His first attempt was to obtain poison and drink, a typically effeminate means of suicide in the Roman world. His second attempt was calling for the gladiator Spiculus to kill him, and if he was not available, some other warrior. His third attempt was with blades, encouraged by his attendants and after discovering he had been declared a public enemy by the Senate, but determined that the two daggers he took was unsuitable for taking his life. His fourth and final attempt was with the help of his freedman, Epaphroditus, driving a knife into his own neck. Three sunsets for each day he gets to live and to symbolize his approaching doom.
