Go to Lamb-Devourer Rock, you will see an enemy on patrol walking long distances. Follow it without being spotted (Paimon's dialogue and the enemy's yapping are a sign of you doing it right) until the Eremite says the correct password. Then, go to the massive gate and open it with said password.
