It is often used to introduce a description of such content. The Chinese version (舌战群儒; roughly translating to "a battle of tongues with scholars") is an idiom that refers to a fierce debate. It originates from the 43rd chapter of the Ming Dynasty novel 三国演义 (Romance of the Three Kingdoms): 诸葛亮舌战群儒，鲁子敬力排众议。This roughly translates to "Zhuge Liang's battle of tongues with scholars, Lu Zijing's strong argument against many opinions." The story describes how Zhuge Liang faces criticism from counselors and ultimately refutes them all, leaving them speechless
