You can only get one of three achievements from fraudster. Fraudster mini quest begins by talking to a Weapon next to a wall in Central Stafskiff Haven. Then head to Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery in the Exalting Sanctum and talk to the same man. Then talk to Jingyan nearby and tell her you've been scammed.

"Leave It There" is a phrase often used to suggest that something should be left unchanged, untouched, or unaddressed. It can imply that further action or interference is unnecessary, undesirable, or could potentially worsen a situation. The phrase can be used in a literal sense, like instructing someone not to move a physical object, or metaphorically, to suggest not continuing a discussion or not delving into a particular issue. The Chinese version, 不拾遗, is probably a reference to 道不拾遗 which roughly translates to "no one should pick up lost items on the road." It means that if property is lost on the road, no one should take it for themselves. It describes a good social atmosphere where people live and work in contentment.
