The Hexanexus resembles a 2x2 Rubik's Cube that must be solved in a certain order. There are a total of 30 Hexanexus puzzles, so you will have to complete them all to obtain this achievement. As of the latest update, there is still a bug that makes you unable to obtain this achievement if you solve any new puzzle before talking to the NPC.
