If you Abandon the "Sinners Misled, Credence Falsified" quest and go straight into "Crossroads of Fate", you'll receive the Friend of the Cloud Knights achievement.

This achievement has no cultural references in the English and Chinese versions. It is likely specific to the game. The Cloud Knights are the armed force of the Xianzhou Alliance and they see denizens of the Abundance as enemies. If we don't listen to Dan Shu's story and fulfill General Jing Yuan's orders, Trailblazers would then be good friends of the Cloud Knights.
