This achievement is easily obtainable via the Boulder Town Super League event using the buffs granted by the Welterweight division which grants your entire team full energy every time you weakness break an enemy, along with 300% weakness break effciency. This will grant Qingque unlimited uses of her ultimate, allowing her to start in the Hidden Hand state 3 times in a row.

This achievement has no cultural references in the English and Chinese versions. It is specific to the game, with Surge of Tiles being a term that describes the numerous sets of four identical tiles (which is her Hidden Hand state) Qingque throws at enemies.
