This achievement has no cultural references in the English and Chinese versions. It is likely specific to the game. Qlipoth is the Aeon of Preservation and is composed of some unknown rock and amber, hence THEY are called as the Amber Lord by THEIR followers. One of Qlipoth's followers is the Interastral Peace Corporation. Despite the IPC going against the desires of the Aeon by facilitating trade and cantact between civilizations, all the credits and materials they obtain are, according to their motto, "All for the Amber Lord."
