Interact with the large gate inside the Winter Soldier's March Warring Expedition in Difficulty 3. Upon interacting with it 3 times, you'll be thrown into a battle with Gepard and 2 guards.

This is a Jo Jo Bizarre Adventure reference. Zeppeli tells a whole story about how 'The North Wind made the Vikings' in Part 1. This precedes Jonathan learning how to control his powers in a difficult situation and defeat an opponent through a wall.
