The Chinese title (悸动的心) is probably a reference to the 2011 romance drama film, Restless, directed by Gus Van Sant. It follows the story of Enoch Brae, a teen coping with the death of his parents by attending the funerals of strangers and talking with the ghost of Hiroshi Takahashi, a Japanese kamikaze pilot. He meets Annabel, a cancer patient, at one of the funerals. He befriends her, falls in love, and Enoch no longer needs to attend funerals and spend all his time with a ghost as they live the rest of Annabel's remaining days together.
